The domestic bread making machine for performing respective steps of preparing a fermenting liquid, dough kneading, baking, comprises loading plate(45), for storing flour, pivoting at the hinge of oven(4); concealed groove (41) for containing the plate (45) at the inner periphery of the oven (4); flexible hanger (43) for containing flexible rod (44) for hanging the end of the plate (45). The flexible hanger (43) comprises a statinary shaft (46) at the core, a rotary concentric hollow shagt (47) aroung the shagt (46); torsion spring (48) connecting the stationary shagt with the hollow shaft.
