A vinyl cutting apparatus is provided to remarkably improve the work capacity by automatically cutting a raw vinyl applied to a transparent vinyl wrapper manufacturing machine. A vinyl cutting apparatus includes a cutting section(100), a cylinder(180), and a position regulating section(200). The cutting section includes an aperture provided between upper and lower dies, into which one end of the vinyl is inserted. In the cutting section, a punch passing through the upper die cuts a portion of the vinyl positioned on the lower die. The cylinder performs a cutting work by transferring the punch upward and downward. The position regulating section regulates the cut position by rotating a screw type regulation rod connected to the cutting section and moving the cut section on every side.
