DETECTING CIRCUIT OF SOURCE VOLTAGE VARIATION

A circuit detects the voltage variation of power supply to prevent the malfunction and produces the control signal. The circuit comprises a predetermined voltage section (11) for producing the predetermined voltage level according to the power voltage (Vdd), a voltage variation detecting section (12) having two enhancement CMOS transistors, and an inverter (13). The circuit do not use a comparator.
