The fire-resistant partition frame consists of a composite structure (42) comprising: metal profiled sections (20) and intermediate profiled sections (21) made of a thermally insulating material, rigidly assembled, reinforced cover strips (57, 58) enclosing three separate glazed units (50, 51, 52), each consisting of at least five panes each separated by a layer of air; an outer cosmetic covering (39), internally covered by a strip (67) of adhesively bonded insulating material, considerably reducing the temperature of the composite structure (42), a silicone seal (74), insulating plates (61, 62) for supporting the three glazed units, two strips (60) of compact ceramic fibres, interacting with an outer seal (68), made of silicone, thermally protecting the cover strips (57, 58), one of which is dismantleable, a filling (41) of highly insulating fibres, interacting with the seal (74) completes the thermal barrier. <IMAGE>
