A process is disclosed for rehabilitating asbestos-containing roof and wall coverings. Styropor plates (2) are interlockingly laid on the asbestos-containing roof or wall coverings (5), completely insulating and sealing them. The Styropor plate (2) at the same time improves heat and acoustic insulation. Its upper side is covered with a flat finishing element (6) made for example of ceramic material. This rehabilitating process is cheaper and less harmful to the environment than dismounting the asbestos-containing coverings. |
