<p>PURPOSE:To improve the tightening effect of an eye connector which is connected to a hydraulic equipment or the like via a packing using the eye bolt of a hose fitting by forming many concaves and convexes on a blocked surface which contacts the packing. CONSTITUTION:A hose fitting 1 has a hose 2 connected to its one side part via a pressurized part 12a. In addition, the other side part has a hydraulic equipment 20 joined to an eye connector 13 via a packing 3 using an eye bolt 4. In this case, many shallow recesses and protrusions 16 are formed on the blocked surface 13a of the eye connector 13, at least the contact surface of the packing 3 in a manner that the concaves and convexes 16 are concentric to an insertion hole 13a. When the eye bolt 4 is tightened, the recesses and protrusions 16 are used to increase the coefficient of friction between the blocked surface 13a and packing 3. This constitution allows the packing 3 to cut into the recesses and protrusions 16 to prevent the packing 3 from running idle in order to improve its tightening effect. As a result, the blocked surface 13b is ensured against liquid leakage.</p> |
