PURPOSE:To provide a production method realizing a reduced manufacture labor and an improved yield with respect to the production of a mold, for example, used for a reactive injection molding (RIM). CONSTITUTION:A lower mold 1 is formed out of a mold material in accordance with the shape of a product. A temporary upper mold 2 is formed out of a transparent material. Using the lower mold 1 and the temporary upper mold 2, a molding try is carried out. In this manner, the flow state of a material is visually analyzed. Based on the result of the analysis, an upper mold is formed. In this method, a defective part can be specified in early stage and a yield is improved. |
