SINTERED SILICON NITRIDE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a sintered silicon nitride having excellent mechanical strength especially at ordinary temperature and producible in high productivity at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:The objective sintered silicon nitride is composed of alpha-silicon nitride (including alpha'-sialon) and beta'-sialon (including beta-silicon nitride). The ratio of the alpha-silicon nitride (including alpha'-sialon) in the surface part of the sintered material is smaller than the ratio in the core part of the sintered material.
