<p>PURPOSE:To speed up the judgement of range by conducting inputting/ integration of a predetermined cycle by a plurality of number of times, judging the optimum range from the measuring data obtained after the inputting/ integration each time, and displaying the added value or average value of the measuring data after the final inputting/integration. CONSTITUTION:When an electronic switch 4 is turned ON by a control circuit 8, the measuring input charges a capacitor of an integrator 6 through an amplifier 1 and the switch 4. The switch 4 is turned OFF a predetermined time later, and an electronic switch 5 is turned ON. The integrator 6 discharges to a reference voltage amplifier 3. When the output of the integrator 6 becomes 0, a comparator 7 is activated to turn OFF the switch 5. The circuit 8 counts the number of pulses from the completion of charging of the capacitor to the activation of the comparator 7. The optimum range is judged based on the counted value. After the switch of a resistance circuit network 2 is switched, the counted value is stored. In this manner, inputting/integration is repeated eight times in the integrator 6, and the accumulated value or average value of the counted values is displayed at 9. Accordingly, the optimum range can be judged in a short time.</p> |
