PURPOSE: To obtain a paint pot having a stirrer lid device with a stirring device for homogenizing a paint, by maintaining paint in stirring condition until pouring in order to use paint directly or by mixing with other paints. CONSTITUTION: A stirrer lid 7 device is provided with a stirring device 12 carried by a driving shaft 11 extending through the lid via a sleeve 10. The lid has an underneath portion which defines a groove for a flat and annular sealing gasket 14 having a width selected for compensating manufacturing tolerances between pots 1 for paints made by various manufacturers. The lid cooperates with means imparting a uniform pressure on the sealing gasket 14. |
