<p>PURPOSE:To improve an orthodontic effect by decreasing the friction between a bracket and wire to be mounted on teeth in odontorthosis by a multibracket method. CONSTITUTION:The surface is coated with an amorphous alloy. As a result, surface roughness is decreased and the friction between the bracket 4 and the wire 5 is remarkably decreased and the bracket 4 eventually slides smoothly with the wire 5 as a guide and, therefore, the teeth to be regulated move eventually smoothly. High hardness is obtd. and the corrosion resistance and wear resistance are greatly improved.</p> |
