The neutraliser is used by vehicles and offers a reduced negative effect upon the power and economic parameters of IC engines and increased efficiency. The inlet chambers (5) of the neutraliser are shaped in such a way that the vectors (12) upon the axes of the cylindrical outlet sections (11) of the inlet pipes (2) directed towards the inner part of the inlet chamber (5) and tangent to flat curves parallel to the inlet face (7) of the chemical reactor (4) and equidistant of the adjacent surface (9) of the body (1), determine an identical direction upon these curves. The portion (10) of the inlet pipes (2) located in the inlet chamber (5) is perforated while the cylindrical outlet sections (11) of the inlet pipes (2) are slantwise directed towards their axes.
