PURPOSE:To enhance handleability of a mounting panel for mounting a rangehood and to enhance an external appearance in the hood mounting state. CONSTITUTION:A mounting panel 5 formed of two panel materials 8, 9 is fixed to a wall 4 of a building. The materials 8, 9 are respectively formed of hangers 15, 16 and clampers 13 engaged with the hangers in such a manner that one is formed by clamping a connector superposed with steps 10, 11 with a screw 12. A rangehood 3 is so mounted on the panel 5 as to conceal the connector and the screw 12. |
