发明名称 ANALYSIS METHOD USING HIGH FREQUANCY PLASMA
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable luminescence spectroscopic analysis and mass analysis of metal and non-metal element in organic specimen with high frequency induction coupling plasma by adding water and surfactant to a specimen hardly soluble in water and then analyzing with the use of analysis specimen emulsified with vibration mixing. CONSTITUTION:An organic specimen is mixed with water and a surfactant is added, it is stirred and mixed with vibration or ultrasonic vibration method to emulsify the organic matter in water. The emulsification agent should have a characteristics of emulsifying and dispersing organic matter in water, such as alkilbenzen sulphonic chloric acid and the like. The specimen emulsified in this way is supplied to nebulizer to atomize and contacted with plasma gas to be in excited state or ionic state. Then high frequency induction coupling plasma (ICP) luminescence spectroscopic analysis or ICP mass analysis is done.
