PURPOSE:To reduce and stabilize the pushing force of a cutter knife to a die plate, to prevent shaft shifting, and to decrease abrasion of the cutter knife. CONSTITUTION:A die plate 5 and a water chamber casing 7 are attached respectively at an extrusion opening 4 for thermoplastic materials in a removable way. A cutter knife 8 is arranged on the front face of the die plate 5, and a cutter shaft 9 equipped with the cutter knife 8 at its head is supported in such a manner that it can turn around the water chamber casing 7 and can move in the axis direction of a pivoted housing 10. The cutter shaft 9 is moved forward or backward by a hydraulic cylinder 11 to install a fixing device 28 which fixes intermittently the cutter shaft 9 to move along its axis.
