PURPOSE:To perform high-precise automatic diagnosis by means of a less number of various sensors by providing a means wherein a secondary measurement data is determined from a primary measurement data by various sensors in an intake and exhaust system and determining a deviation through comparison of a decision measurement data, wherein the primary and secondary measurement data are combined together, with a decision reference data. CONSTITUTION:A diagnosing device 8 previously holds reference data for deciding the various characteristics of the feed exhaust system 7 of an engine for a ship and weighed data for emphasizing the feature of each of predicted various abnormal phenomena. In case of diagnosis, primary measurement data measured respectively by the various sensors S1-S18 of the feed exhaust system 7 are combined together, and a secondary measurement data outside measurement characteristics is computed. A measurement data for decision where the two measurement data are combined together is compared with a reference data for a decision data and a deviation from each characteristic normal value is determined. Further, filter processing is applied on each deviation by means of weighted data to decide the generating prediction order of abnormal phenomena. This constitution causes diagnosis of abnormality of the intake exhaust system 7 and display of a diagnosed result on a display device 9. |
