PURPOSE:To improve sorting accuracy and recovery efficiency in crushing and sorting by material massive matter, such as motors, compressors and transformers of scrapped electrical appliances, etc., to recover valuable resources by performing a two-stage crushing making good use of properties of materials, such as low temperature brittleness and non-brittleness, to sort uncrushed materials. CONSTITUTION:A massive matter 30a is taken out from a raw material 20 and cooled and sorted into small fragments 24 which the matter 30a undergoes cold-shortness crushing with impact action by the 1st crusher 12 to form and nonbrittlement massive matter 30b. Further, the massive matter 30b is crushed by the 2nd crusher 13. The crushed matter is subjected to magnetic separation and eddy current separation to sort it into magnetic crushed materials, nonferrous material, nonmetal, etc. |
