A method for constructing a pipe roof tunnel having continued lower main tensile reinforcing bars and the pipe roof tunnel by the same method are provided to obtain strength corresponding with the installation of horizontal reinforcing bars and to reduce work in a narrow space in the steel pipe by using stud bolts instead of upper horizontal reinforcing bars. Horizontal main tensile reinforcing bars(20) are installed at the lower part of a steel pipe(100). The ends of the main tensile reinforcing bars are connected with a bi-directed coupler(21). Fixing plates(22) are screwed at the ends of the main tensile reinforcing bars. Fillers(11) are filled in the steel pipe, and the continued main tensile reinforcing bars are mounted by the fixing plates. Upper blade plates(13) are installed at the outer surfaces of the upper part of the steel pipe. A guide channel(14) and a guide member(15) are installed at the outer surface of the center of the steel pipe. A stud bolt(12) is installed at the outer surface of the steel pipe. A filler(16) is inserted in the space between the upper blade plate and the guide channel.
