PURPOSE:To obtain the title cloth having waterproofness, moisture permeability and water retentivity by forming a seal layer having moisture permeability on cloth subjected to water repelling treatment and forming an adhesive layer having moisture permeability thereon to flock the same with piles having specific official moisture percentage. CONSTITUTION:Waterproof, moisture permeable and water-retentive cloth K is constituted of cloth 10 becoming base cloth to which water repelling treatment is applied, a seal layer 20 having moisture permeability, an adhesive layer 30 having moisture permeability and the piles 40 flocked on the adhesive layer 30. A solvent type or emulsion type urethane resin or amino acid resin capable of imparting moisture permeability to the seal layer 20 is used in the seal layer 20 but a W/O type urethane resin emulsion is pref. from the aspect of moisture permeability and finish. The official moisture percentage of plies 40 is 3% or more, pref., 10-12% and, in the case of below 3%, the water absorbability and water retaining effect of the cloth K are deteriorated. |
