<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a container orientation apparatus that has a system of feeding multipacks into an orientation station at such a high speed that the system can be built in a line for packing containers and capable of operating reliably at high speed without causing damage to the containers of the multipacks in the orientation station. CONSTITUTION: To feed multipacks into an orientation station, a container 7 at the far rear position is pushed by hooks 70, 70'...70" attached to the driving chains 14 provided at both sides of the linear feeding path of a sliding plate. Orientation is performed by an individual lifter for each container and by chucks capable of detecting individual rotational drive and position.</p> |
