PURPOSE:To use also as a heating fan by installing a heat generator inside a frame of a cooling fan without causing dew condensation from vapor at a heat generating part during cooling operation. CONSTITUTION:A freezing cycle formed of a compressor, a condenser, a vaporizer and the like, a fan 5 to feed air cooled by the vaporizer and a heat generator 7 provided in an air passage 6 are installed inside a frame, and an operation switch and a cool-air/hot-air change-over switch are provided outside the frame, so that the fan 5 is driven by the cool-air/hot-air change-over switch in normal and reversed directions. The air passage 6 is formed of a cool-air passage 6a and a hot-air passage 6b leading to a diffuser 10, and the heat generator 7 is mounted on the hot-air passage 6b in the vicinity of the diffuser 10. A damper 11 driven by a damper motor 12 is provided at a hot-air diffuser of the air passage 6. On a driving shaft of the damper motor 12, a cam 13 and a switch cam 14 for opening and closing the damper 11 are mounted, so that at a time of cooling operation, the damper 11 at the hot-air diffuser is closed and the fan 5 is driven in the normal direction, while during a heating operiton, the damper 11 is opened and the fan 5 is driven in the reversed direction to diffuse hot air from the hot-air passage 6b to the diffuser 10. |
