melt-spinning of nylon chips with variation of the extruded amount in a constant period by changing the frequency of a variable motor, the variation width of which be 12-30 Hz ± 2, connected to a gear pump; vibrating the coagulating bath having the vibration frequency of 6,000-7,000 times/min, and the vibration width of 0.5-5 mm to give vibration to the monofilament and solidifying, while simultaneously contact-running the monofilament with the cam-roll having a long axle and a short axle in a coagulating bath to provide the filament with the drawing variation width of 5-30 times ± 3 times.
