<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a plurality of missiles from being searched by a target by a method wherein a seeking mode is carried out such that while one missile is operating an active radar seeking device, other missiles are changed over under a changing-over timing so as to operate a passive radar seeking device. CONSTITUTION:Each of missiles 20 and 21 is provided with an active radar seeking device 10 and a passive radar seeking device 11, and its changing-over control is carried out by a seeking mode control device 12. Radio wave is radiated from the active radar seeking device 10, its reflected radio wave is received, a radio wave sent from a target is received by the passive radar seeking device 11, the wave is processed at a signal processing part 13 and the missiles fly to get the target information. For example, in the case that the missile 20 is in an active mode, the missile 21 is set to a passive mode. The seeking mode control device changes over the missile 20 to the passive mode at a stored predetermined timing and further changes over the missile 21 to the active mode. The missiles fly while this controlling operation is being repeated. Accordingly, an estimation of the position of each of the missiles is hardly attained and the missiles are hardly searched by the target.</p> |
