PURPOSE: To realize effective force transmission without a force component in a lateral direction with the arc shift of a brake block holder. CONSTITUTION: A device is formed of a force transmission member 22 where brake force is separated between a push rod 6 that can be applied in an axial direction and a brake block holder 3 that can non-linearly move the push rod so that it can transmit force. The force transmission member is arranged between the crossing cylinder part 21 of the brake block holder and a cylinder face cooperating with the cylindrical end part 6' of the push rod, which is a right angle to the crossing cylindrical part 21. The cylindrical face of the force transmission member is constituted so that it can cooperate with the crossing cylindrical part and the cylindrical end part.
