The device is applicable in welding of miscellaneous alloys and of metallic to non-metallic materials. It increases productivity, reduces the vacuum volume and requires a minimum technological time for fixation of the welded parts, which may also be non-cylindrical. The device includes a vacuum chamber (1) with an air-tight piston rod (2) of a hydraulic compression cylinder. An upper cassette (3) is rigidly fixed to the piston rod (2), containing more than a single set of replaceable flat springs (4), affixed by an intermediate plate (5), statically mounted to the upper cassette (3) through remote stud pins (6). The intermediate plate (5) is connected to guide plate (7), which contains two or more motive supports (8). A hermetic multi-nest lower cassette (11) is mounted on the bottom of the vacuum chamber (1) through a quick-acting joint (12).<IMAGE>
