The polyester resinous composition, whose limit viscosity is 0.65- 0.75, the highest value of tangent delta that is dynamic viscoelastic characteristics of drawn fiber is located within 95-105 deg.C and the dyeing temp. with disperse dye is 75-85 deg.C, is a blended material composed of: 85-95 wt.% of polyester copolymer of 85-98 mol% of ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid or its ester compd.. In the composition a comonomer of polyethylene glycol of carbon no. below 50 is used alone or together with ester-exchange reactive diacid of carbon no. below 20, and 5-15 wt.% of polyoxyalkylene of number average moleoular weight of 3,000-10,000. The fiber made of the resin has excellent caloring property, levelness even under the low dyeing temp.
