The generator is used in radio measurement equipment, statistical radio-engineering and noise-silencing equipment. It has an expanded noise frequency spectrum, enhanced efficiency approaching unity and an opportunity to affect the spectral power density. The generator contains a flip-flop (1) with a semiconductor noise source, switched in one of its feedback circuits. The flip-flop (1) is implemented through two TTL NAND gates (2 and 3) from a standard series, while the noise source (10) is connected in parallel to the feedback resistor (4). In the case of two time-setting chains, a second semiconducting noise source (11) is used. It is parallel to the second feedback resistor (5), while the capacity elements (6 and 7) have different capacities. The sources (10 and 11) may be the same or different in type, while the flip-flop power supply source (1) is controllable by a determined or random law.<IMAGE>
