PURPOSE: To stabilize a stop flow by automatically measuring small amount of liquid by a cartridge regulating the flow of sample and diluent particularly at the stop flow coupling part in the case of transporting the liquid and diluting it. CONSTITUTION: A second diluent is supplied to a diluent container capable of bursting and contained in a diluent chamber 270. The diluent can be utilized at a diluent applying site 270 based on the bursting of the container, and flows to a channel 280. It is introduced into a mixture measuring chamber 240 in a stop flow coupling part 246. In the first dilution, the hydrostatic pressure provided by the diluent can be used to overcome the back pressure at a stop flow coupling part 245. The diluent flows to a mixture containing chamber 250 via the chamber 240 to exhaust the air enclosed via the channel 253 for introducing it to a belt outlet 252 and surging chamber 254. Further, the chamber 254 is supplied for giving volume necessary for suitable operation. |
