PURPOSE:To warn running out of stock parts for preventing erroneous mounting by detecting kinds of the electronic parts mounted on a tape and the remainder so as to display information thereon in order to raise an alarm. CONSTITUTION:The parts mark and the remainder mark of the electronic parts mounted on a tape 12 are formed on the upper film 23 of the upper surface of the tape 12, the upper film 23 is peeled off and these marks are read by OCR 16 in order to light a warning lamp 18 according to this reading result.
