PURPOSE:To quickly and appropriately complete mobilizing position in accordance with the number of entry persons at every story by counting the number of persons who are present on every story from difference between the number of entry persons and the number of leaving persons at every story of a multistory building, and performing the required analysis control of a managing item based on the number of persons who are present on every story. CONSTITUTION:A weight detector 3 is provided on the on-boarding position of each of escalators 5, 6. The weight detector 3 of an up escalator 5 detects the weight of the persons leaving the story, and the weight detector 3 of a down escalator 6 detects the weight of the persons leaving the story higher by one than the story. Those data are always sent to a number of person measuring circuit 4, thereby, the rough increment/decrement of the persons at every story can be calculated. The number of person measuring circuit 4 calculates the number of entry persons and the number of leaving persons at every story from weight data always sent from the weight detectors 3 of the escalators 5, 6. The number of person measuring circuit 4 is connected to a CPU 60, and the number of persons who are present on every story and the total number of persons in a building are always displayed on a display device 50, and also, they are stored in a number of person data base 7. |
