<p>PURPOSE:To open a gate by the possession of a valid ID card by performing data transmission between a user who possesses the valid ID card and an invalid ID card simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A question sending means 9 which sends out a question with the content of the specific utilization condition of an ID card is provided on a read/write control unit side 6 and it is discriminated 7 whether or not matching with the question can be obtained at an ID card side, and a response is issued 8 only when the matching is obtained. In such a manner, it is possible to control l10 the gate by obtaining the response from only the effective ID card even when plural ID cards are present thereon.</p> |
