PURPOSE:To transfer threshold information relating to a recoverable fault from a manager function to an agent function in network fault management and to autonomously inform an alarm for judging the execution of prevension and maintenance from the agent function to the manager function. CONSTITUTION:Threshold information relating to a recoverable fault is inputted from a display/input device 2 and stored in an MS (memory) 16. At the time of generating the recoverable fault, a counter in the MS 16 is updated (+1), and when the updated value coincides with the threshold, an alarm is informed to the manager 1. In system aborting/starting processing, the threshold information and counter information in the MS 16 are stored and read out in/from respective recording files 14, 15. New threshold information is optionally inputted and substituted for the threshold information stored in the MS 16. |
