PURPOSE:To obtain the title radial anisotropic ring magnet having sine wave type flux density distribution along the circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 10 formed in a ring shape is magnetized with magnetic fields in the radial directions while the magnetic field intensity during the magnetizing step is periodically fluctuated along the circumferential direction of the ring magnet 10 so that the sine wave type flux density distribution may be brought about in the circumferential direction in the magnetized state.
