PURPOSE:To enable mounting operation and adjustment to be made easier by providing a hole part for connection at a joint member which is joined to a hole part for mounting which is provided at a fixing portion such as a panel of a vehicle and then a protrusion part for connection which is engaged to the hole for connection so that it can be rotated. CONSTITUTION:A wire harness 11 is placed at a wire-harness retention portion 12c of a base member 12 and then is clamped by a band part which is inserted into a buckle hole 17b of a buckle part 17. The, either of hole portions 19a-19d for connection which are provided at a substrate part 19 of an engagement part 14 is mounted on a connection bump 15 projected out of the joint 12b of the base member 12 by sheathing and then the engagement part 14 is connected to the base member 12, where a distance between the protrusion part 20 for mounting and the wire harness 11, namely an amount of offset, can be adjusted by selecting the hole parts 19a-19d for connection to be armored to a protrusion part 15 for connection. Then, the protrusion part 20 for mounting is engaged to the hole part for mounting which is provided at the panel, etc., of the vehicle. |
