<p>PURPOSE:To automatize the ship management and to improve its flexibility. CONSTITUTION:The register number of each ship is stored in a ship file 3, and information peculiar to the ship and information related to entry/departure are stored there also correspondingly to the register number. When the register number of the ship which enters a port is inputted from a terminal 1, a program 2 retrieves the ship file 3 based on the register number to acquire the moorage position of this ship. The register number is stored in a prescribed area, where the ship to be moored in the moorage position indicated by this acquired information should be registered, on a moorage position management file 4. When the register number of the ship which leaves the port is inputted from the terminal l, the program 2 retrieves the ship file 3 based on this register number to acquire information of the moorage position of this ship. The register number stored in a prescribed area corresponding to the moorage position indicated by this acquired information is erased on the moorage position management file 4.</p> |
