Pressurised dispenser container (1) containing a fluid product to be dispensed and, as a propellent, a compressed gas for preventing, inside the container, an excess pressure reaching a value greater than a predetermined pressure. The container is provided with a safety device consisting of a stopper (6) made of deformable material pushed into an orifice (5) of the wall of the container; the stopper (6) comprises a zone of weakness (14) due to at least one recess (11) formed in the stopper (6). The zone of weakness (14), by deformation when there is an excess pressure, allows the formation of a permanent connection between the inside of the container and the atmosphere. <IMAGE>
