PURPOSE:To reduce manual operation by an operator and to improve editing speed by automatically changing over an editing mode depending on whether or not an editing range is enclosed in one column. CONSTITUTION:This system consists of an analyzation means 2 analyzing an input from a keyboard, a means 3 designating the editing range with the input from the keyboard, a means 4 retaining the editing range, an edition means 5 copying and deleting data, a means 6 analyzing editing range position information, a means 7 retaining talbe ruled line/data position on a display, means 8 retaining the edition mode, and a means 9 displaying the table ruled line/data on the display. |
