PURPOSE: To manufacture an electronic device, minimizing the space factor thereof for facilitating the assembling by providing various unit elements in parallel, using the same slice for providing each unit element. CONSTITUTION: A silicon slice 6, a contact washer 5, a contact disc 7 and each of two molybdenum or tungsten discs 3, 4 are arranged in a ceramic main body 12, according to the array as shown in figure, so as to seal up copper flanges 8, 9, 10 in a 'presspack' package by welding step in the nitrogen atmosphere remaining in the package. The device closed for fitting metallized plates 1, 2 thereto can be installed, while anode and cathode contacts for connecting inner elements to outer user circuit are composed of the copper columns besides, the gate is brought into contact with a central pad of the silicon slice 6 by a terminal spring of a wire 14. Accordingly, the electronic power device with a small occupied space and easy to be assembled can be realized. |
