A hand grip device comprising a rotatable bail is provided to help a user take grip exercise easily without doing damage to palmar skin or slipping out of user's grasp during the grip exercise. A hand grip device(1) comprising a rotatable bail includes a head body(12) integrated with a bail by inserting a semicircular sliding unit into a semispherical sliding curve surface(5), an elasticity control unit(8) and a support unit(9) placed in a receiving part(6), and an elasticity control handle(7) placed in a cylindrical control part. The head body integrated with a bail is fitted with an axial pin(2). A compressive spring and an auxiliary spring(11) are interposed between the sliding unit and elasticity control unit. A sliding protruded structure(5a) protruded from the semispherical sliding curve surface is connected to a sliding concave unit(10a) of a semicircular sliding support unit(10). A fixed protrusion and a triangular protrusion are provided on the lower end of a bail axis, and a rotational body(18) is put on the lower part of the bail axis(15) to rotate around a bail axis rod(20), wherein an elastic spring(19) is placed under the rotational body. The rotational body comprises an inclined lower groove, an inclined top part, and protruded structures(21,21'). As the protruded structures are inserted into both groove structures(14,14') within the rotational bail(13), the rotation body revolves with rotation of the rotational bail, and the triangular protrusion is connected to the inclined lower groove to achieve going up and down, rotation, and restoration to the original state. A spring(17) is fitted into a lower guide groove of the bail axis and an upper guide groove of the rotation body. An upper end of the spring is fixed to the bail axis, and the lower end of the spring is fixed to the rotation body. As the rotation body revolves, the spring is twisted to widen, and is, after the widening, restored to the original state by elasticity.
