<p>PURPOSE:To provide sufficient coating property of core material and easily introduce specific functions such as charging property control by forming a capsule shell from a mixture of a vinyl polymer with a polymer such as polyurea. CONSTITUTION:A first capsule shell forming monomer present in a solvent and a second capsule shell forming monomer present in an oily droplet are reacted to each other on the critical surface of the oily droplet to form a capsule shell. By conducting the critical surface polymerization in the presence of a vinyl polymer fine particle, the capsule shell can be formed from a mixture of a vinyl polymer with at least one of polyurea, polyturethane, polyamide and epoxy polymers, and each component of the mixture can be chemically bonded to each other. Namely, the oily mixture containing the second capsule shell forming monomer and a capsule core material is emulsified in the presence of a polymer fine particle having activated hydrogen on the surface, and the critical surface polymerization is conducted on the emulsion droplet surface in the presence of a polymerized fine particle to form the capsule shell, and a microcapsule is provided.</p> |
