#CMT# #/CMT# The implant (1) has an oval shaped articular part (2) comprising a convex surface (4) bent in length and width directions of the articular part. An anchoring rod (3) is anchored in a scaphoid (100). The rod is moved in a median longitudinal plane of the articular part along a distance in the order of two millimeters with respect to an intersection point of median longitudinal and transversal lines (LM, TM) of the articular part. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Scaphoid implant for treating arthrosis and necrosis at the level of articulation formed by the scaphoid, trapezius and trapezoid. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The convex surface is bent in the length and width directions of the articular part, thus constituting an articular surface that is perfectly adapted to articulation formed by the scaphoid, trapezius and trapezoid. The implant permits obtention of better gripping of the rod in the scaphoid and better orientation of the articular surface with respect to the bone by inclination of the rod. The arrangement of the rod ensures perfect anchoring of the implant at the scaphoid.
