<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a roller free from the generation of triboelectric charge. CONSTITUTION:A tube 4 having releasing layer provided on an outer circumference of an elastic body is constituted of a two-layer structure formed with a insulating layer 42 on the outer side and a conductive layer 41 on the inner side. Furthermore, the tube 4 may be semiconductive by adding a semiconductive material to the elastic body. The insulating layer 42 of the tube 4 may be capable of, securing releasing property of the roller the thickness thereof may be thin. Therefore, the triboelectric charge quantity of the roller is reduced and the triboelectric charge quantity is discharged by the inside conductive layer 41 and the semiconductive elastic body. Then, even if the roller is used for copying machine, the turbulence of an image caused by charging is not occurred, and copying persons do not feel unpleasantness.</p> |
