<p>PURPOSE:To limit a data range by inputting data from an inverse Fourier trans form means and a related value calculating means, thereby calculating a correlation value indicating correlations. CONSTITUTION:An input data Fourier transform means 1 for Fourier transform of input data (p) consists of automatic operation parts 3 and 4. A data range limiting means 5 which limits the range of input data (p) and reference data (r) consists of a storage part 6 of window data (w) and a multiplying part 7 which multiplies window data (w) and reference data (r). A limited data Fourier transform means 8 consists of Fourier transform parts 9 and 10, and a related value calculating means 11 consists of an operation part 12 which calculates a self-variance Sr and an operation part 13 which calculates an average value the inverse of (r). An inverse Fourier transform means 18 consists of inverse Fourier transform parts 19, 20, and 21, and a correlation value calculating means 22 performs calculation based on data outputted from the inverse Fourier transform means 18 and the related value calculating means 11.</p> |
