PURPOSE:To obtain the photopolymerizable resin compsn. which is sensitive to light of a wide range of wavelengths with a high sensitivity and is safe without producing residual amines by incorporating a vinyl polymer having at least one of the constitutional units contg. specific arom. amine and specific alpha-diketone into the compsn. CONSTITUTION:This compsn. contains the vinyl polymer contg. the constitutional unit expressed by formula I and the alpha-diketone expressed by formula II. In the formula I, Y<1> denotes an alkylene group, alkylidene group, etc.; R<1> denotes a hydrogen atom or methyl group; R<2>, R<3> denote alkyl groups which are respectively the same or different; R<4> denotes a hydrogen atom or methyl group. In the formula II, RY and Z respectively denote a hydrocarbon group or substd. hydrocarbon group which may respectively be bonded directly or via a bivalent hydrocarbon group or substd. hydrogen group. In the formula II, Y and Z may form a condensed arom. ring structure by bonding to each other. The wavelength of light for effecting photopolymn. or photosetting is preferably in a range from 300 to 600nm. |
