PURPOSE:To fix the parts plane of optical parts to the substrate plane of a substrate relating to the method for constituting the optical pickup and the optical pickup device for magneto-optical disks. CONSTITUTION:The method for constituting the optical pickup and the optical pickup device for the magneto-optical disks are constituted by disposing the optical axes of the optical parts 4, 42 perpendicularly or parallel to or with each other fixing the parts planes 4a, 42a thereof in correspondence to the substrate plane la of the substrate 1 and sealing the optical parts 4, 42 with a sealing resin 51 via a buffer material 50. |
