<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a cassette tape from accurring clutch by constituting the guide pin a guide roller consisting of two pieces of an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The inner cylinder 1 is formed a projecting protrusion 2 at a central part of the outside surface and on the inside surface of the outer cylinder 4, a supplementing recessed groove 4 is formed in the direction of the circumference. The inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 4 are molded by using an engineering resin and they are assembled mutually rotatably by snap-fitting while using the characteristics of the resin. The inner cylinder 1 is a inserted into a cassette half boss and is fixed, and on the other hand the outer cylinder 4 is rotated together with the tape while the outer cylinder slides against the inner cylinder 1. Thus the tape does not slide, so that the cassette tape is prevented from occurring the clutch without damaging a function of the guide pin.</p> |
