PURPOSE:To enable a processing for the request of retrieval or registration, etc., from a medical image managing device and to prevent the operation of the entire medical image data base system from being stopped even when one medical image attribute data base is not normally operated in the medical image data base system. CONSTITUTION:Two medical image attribute data bases 101 and 102 are provided to manage the completely same information and when any one of those medical image attribute data bases 101 and 102 is not normally operated, the other one of the medical image attribute data bases 102 and 101 executes the processing requested to the medical image attribute data bases by medical image managing devices 105, 106, 107 and 108 as well. |
