Coating compositions, coating process and coated glass article

Curable coating compositions containing at least one ethylenically unsaturated monoene, a polyene and a cure initiator. These compositions are capable of being applied as a coating on very diverse objects such as especially optical lenses or optical fibres. The monoene and polyene constituents may be substituted with organofunctional compounds to vary selectively the properties of the compositions after a cure treatment.
