摘要 PURPOSE:To sharpen the edge of the recording pit of the optical disk, to suppress the S/N deterioration of the reproduced signal of the recording pit, and to reduce the error rate. CONSTITUTION:In the driving circuit of a disk device ON/OFF-controlling a semiconductor laser 1 according to a recorded signal when forming a recording pit on the optical disk, a high-pass filter circuit 4 is included in an amplification circuit 2 constituting the driving circuit. The peaking of the high-pass filter circuit raises and extends the high-pass area of the frequency characteristic in the amplifier circuit 2. Thus, the power of the semiconductor laser 1 in the leading edge of a signal driving the semiconductor laser 1 is increased, sharpening the leading and trailing edge of the signal. The edge of the pit recorded on the optical disk is sharpened, the waveform of the reproduced signal of the recording pit is improved, the noise inclusion in the cross point of the signal can be suppressed, and the S/N deterioration can be prevented.
