The invention relates to novel devices making it possible to improve the operation of machines for bonding double-sided tapes. This machine comprises rollers 3 for entraining the cards (boards) 10, flat, and sliding rods 6 which cause, depending on whether they are in the top or bottom position, the cutting-off or the application of the double-sided adhesive tapes coming from rollers 13. The arrangements presently claimed essentially comprise two rods 16 which can be moved vertically by an electromagnet 18. The ends of these rods 16 may be housed in the teeth 15 of two wheels 14 fastened to the rollers 13. The sudden stopping of the rotation of the rollers 13 causes very-high upstream tensioning of the tapes which, moreover, also experience a downstream tension due to the effect of the rollers 3, which leads to a sudden lifting of the tapes at 12 and, consequently, cutting-off without difficultly against the fixed blades 5. <IMAGE> |
